An exercise in texturing, material setup, and unwrapping denser models, this project was created for Cool District in order to explore the properties and limitations of Substance Painter as it relates to realistic and convincing representations of technical fabrics for sportswear and fitness apparel.
For this project I was responsible for texturing assets. The leggings were modeled by myself, and the shirt was sculpted by colleague Kris Treiber. Textures were created in Substance Painter, exported for both Unreal and VRay at 4k.
